End of Year Tax-Deductible Donations
It's not too late to make a difference this year.
As the year comes to a close, we’re deeply grateful for the progress we’ve made together to empower Indigenous talent, cultivate leaders, and drive innovation. Your support has been the cornerstone of this success. Thanks to your generosity, hundreds of Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian entrepreneurs, businesses, and communities have accessed the tools and opportunities needed to thrive.
For this, we extend our heartfelt thanks.
Go Weh Yaza, LLC is one inspiring example we’d like to share with you. Go Weh Yaza, LLC is a Native Owned Contract Food Service Management Company that shares its name after the owner’s late Grandmother’s traditional name meaning “a lake, pond or body of pure water”. The National Center APEX Accelerator provided government contract training and advice to its client Go Weh Yaza, LLC.
Go Weh Yaza, LLC was awarded a $3.1 million three-year contract with the United Tribes Technical College, a nonprofit corporation operated by five tribes. This achievement generated 18 new positions. By guiding our clients through complex processes such as the Buy Indian Act and Indian Preference, we help transform the lives of entrepreneurs, their employees, and the communities they serve.
Michael Peacock, President and CEO of Go Weh Yaza, LLC, reflects on the vital support his company has received since its founding in 2019: “We deeply appreciate the support provided by Adolfo Vasquez and the APEX Accelerator. Mr. Vasquez offered invaluable guidance in navigating Federal Acquisition Regulations and assisting our proposal development team.” Peacock also shares, “APEX’s daily bid matching services were instrumental in keeping Go Weh Yaza, LLC informed about contract opportunities at all levels of government.”
As we look ahead to 2024, we invite you to join us in creating even more opportunities. Donating a year-end gift to The National Center will empower additional programs that will uplift Native professionals and entrepreneurs, helping their ideas shape a brighter, more inclusive future.
DONATE TODAY AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE
This season, we’re aiming high with a goal of 250 supporters in our Year-End Campaign — and we are confident we can get there with your help! Every donation fuels vital programs that uplift Native leaders and communities. Let’s proudly add YOUR NAME to the list of changemakers helping us reach this milestone.
Will you join us with a gift of $50, $100, $250, or more? Your support creates lasting impact, inspiring empowerment and innovation for generations to come.
There are many ways to give; through one-time donations, monthly gifts, employer matches, planned giving, stocks, donor-advised funds, or the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).
Together, we can transform lives. Thank you for partnering with us to help build a brighter future for Native communities!
With gratitude,
The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development
