The Pivot Point LLC Achieves SBA WOSB/EDWOSB Certification and Advances Kindled Heart™ Platform

The Pivot Point LLC is proud to announce its certification as a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). The company is actively registered in SAM.gov and maintains an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code, positioning it for federal prime and subcontracting opportunities.

“This represents a significant milestone in our company’s growth,” said Founder Dina Aniceto. “We are such a young entity, [in business less than a year], and these certifications strengthen our ability to partner with federal, state, tribal, and local agencies seeking innovative diversion and behavioral health solutions.”

The Pivot Point is developing Kindled Heart™, an AI-augmented peer support and youth diversion platform designed to provide early intervention, crisis monitoring, and measurable alternatives to justice system involvement. The platform integrates AI-powered navigation, escalation safeguards, and outcome tracking to support compliance and reporting requirements for public sector partners.

Kindled Heart™ was recently recognized as the #1 AI Startup to Watch in 2025 by Bubble.io for its innovative multi-agent architecture and mission-driven application in behavioral health and juvenile justice reform.

Aniceto is an enrolled member of the Wichita Tribe, and The Pivot Point is Native-owned. The company is committed to advancing community-based solutions that strengthen tribal, rural, and underserved populations through culturally informed, technology-enabled services.

The Pivot Point actively engages with Stan Sams, an APEX Accelerator counselor to pursue federal, tribal, and state contracting opportunities aligned with behavioral health, workforce development, and youth diversion initiatives.

“We are building measurable infrastructure that prevents system entry before it happens,” Aniceto said. “Our focus is sustainable impact through data-driven, community-rooted innovation.”
