- Tell us a bit about Aambé™ and its work in tribal communities?
Aambé™ is a Native-led corporation dedicated to advancing tribal sovereignty through innovation, economic development, and community empowerment. We partner with tribal nations to build sustainable systems across healthcare, finance, sports, media, and technology, creating opportunity while preserving culture. Every Aambé™ project begins with one purpose: to strengthen sovereignty, protect data and identity, and build thriving tribal economies that last for generations.
2. What sets Aambé™ apart from its competitors?
Aambé™ is not just a vendor. It is a partner in sovereignty. Our model blends enterprise expertise with deep cultural understanding, ensuring that every solution is designed by and for tribal nations. We prioritize long-term partnerships, not one-time contracts, and every division under Aambé™, from Health to Financial, operates with a commitment to data ownership, cultural respect, and self-determination. That combination of modern strategy and traditional values makes Aambé™ unlike any other organization in this space.
3. You are a platinum sponsor of the 2026 Reservation Economic Summit. What do you want attendees to know about Aambé™ when they leave the conference?
We want every attendee to leave RES knowing that Aambé™ is a movement, not just a company. We are helping Tribe lead the next era of economic growth, healthcare advancement, and digital innovation. Whether it is powering tribal healthcare through our partnership with NextGen Healthcare or expanding opportunity through Aambé™ Sports and Aambé™ Financial, we are building pathways that strengthen sovereignty and create measurable, generational impact.
4. Healthcare is a challenge across the United States, but it can be described as a crisis in many parts of Indian Country. How does Aambé™ work to mitigate these challenges?
Aambé™ Health is focused on creating a modern, sustainable healthcare system for tribal nations that combines cultural alignment with advanced technology. Through our partnership with NextGen Healthcare, we are bringing tribal clinics access to top-tier electronic health record and practice management systems while protecting data sovereignty. This ensures that health data remains under tribal control while improving care delivery, access, and outcomes. Our approach is not just to fix what is broken but to build a system that tribes own for the next seven generations.
5. Healthcare is just one part of Aambé™ ’s portfolio. Can you talk a bit about Aambé™ ’s other work and how it fits into your overall mission?
Aambé™ is organized as a family of divisions, each designed to meet a specific need within tribal development. Together they form a unified ecosystem that supports sovereignty, economic growth, and self-sufficiency across Indian Country.
· Aambé™ Health focuses on advancing care and protecting data sovereignty through technology-driven healthcare solutions.
· Aambé™ Sports strengthens cultural pride and community connection through athletics, partnerships, and event collaboration.
· Aambé™ Financial empowers tribes with sovereign financial platforms that foster independence and long-term sustainability.
· Aambé™ Risk Solutions helps tribal governments and enterprises navigate insurance and risk management, ensuring protection of assets, operations, and reputation.
· Aambé™ Energy leads initiatives in renewable energy, power infrastructure, and clean water access to promote sustainability and reduce dependency on outside systems.
· Aambé™ Real Estate & Building Trades develops housing, commercial projects, and construction opportunities that create jobs and strengthen tribal infrastructure.
· Aambé™ Media amplifies Native voices through storytelling, creative content, and cultural representation across modern platforms.
· Aambé™ Foundation reinvests in communities through education, wellness, and opportunity — turning every success into shared impact.
Each division shares one mission: to build stronger tribal nations through innovation, integrity, and self-determination.
6. Where do you see Aambé™ in five years? 10?
In five years, Aambé™ will be recognized as the trusted partner for tribal innovation, supporting a national network of tribal healthcare facilities, financial programs, and community enterprises built around sovereignty and sustainability.
In ten years, our goal is to see Aambé™’s model replicated across Indian Country, with every tribe owning the infrastructure, systems, and resources that once depended on outside control. The vision is simple: self-sustaining sovereignty for every nation we serve.
7. Our readers often want to know more about the people behind the organization. What motivates you to continue pushing Aambé™ forward?
I started Aambé™ with one guiding belief: tribal nations should never have to choose between tradition and progress. What often surprises people is how hands-on I still am. Whether it is walking through a clinic, meeting with our partners, or mentoring young Native professionals, I believe leadership means showing up and serving alongside your team. Every project we take on is personal to me because the work we do has real impact on communities and families. That is what keeps me motivated and grounded in the mission every day.
8. Anything else you want to add or that our listeners should know?
Aambé™ is built on partnership with tribes, trusted allies, and each other. Everything we do is guided by our belief in sovereignty, sustainability, and the sacred responsibility to prepare for the next seven generations. We invite other leaders, innovators, and visionaries to join us in building what is next for Indian Country. Let’s go forward together.
